FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about Teams, Implementation, and Training.

What exactly does Aiuda Labs do?

AI-first engineering to accelerate software and operations. We bring together senior talent, agents, and playbooks to cut repetitive work, speed up delivery, and turn AI into measurable operational capability.

What's the difference between Teams, Implementation, and Training?

AI-first Teams embeds talent (roles, pods, or fractional) into your team to accelerate delivery. Implementation designs and builds agents and automations for your processes. Training installs AI-first capabilities in your team through hands-on workshops.

Can I start small?

Yes. It's usually the best way to start when there's a clear bottleneck: a single role, a first workflow, or a workshop. We don't sell bloated packages; we start with the smallest path that can prove real impact.

How do you handle security and data?

Before bringing in talent or agents, we define accesses, permissions, repositories, sensitive data, human review, and automation limits. Environments, confidentiality, and review rules are agreed upon before onboarding.

Does AI replace the team?

No. AI accelerates and reduces repetitive work, but control stays with the team, with human review for critical decisions.

Can you combine models?

Yes. Teams, implementation, and training combine according to your starting point; that combination is a valid recommendation that comes out of the diagnosis.

What do I get from a diagnosis?

In 30 minutes we map processes, backlog, tools, roles, and automation opportunities, and you leave with a clear recommendation: team, implementation, training, or a combination.
